Our products have 14 days right of return or change according to the consumer protection act. The returned product must be unused and in good enough condition to be sold again. Please contact us before the exchange or return by e-mail at myynti@nettihattu.fi so we can discuss the details. Products on sale don’t have the right to be returned or exchanged. If the customer wishes to exchange a discounted product, he/she is obligated to pay the delivery costs both ways.
